For those attending In-Person

This will be different from what we have experienced in the past.  Yet we are thankful that we get to gather together in a safe way.  In order to have our conference, we will be following the Sedgwick County requirements for masks and COVID-19. Current guidelines are as follows, but subject to change.

At Conference you’ll notice:

  • A large location that allows for social distancing; every other row blocked off for spacing and multiple seats in between groups who came together
  • Masks required at all times inside the arena to follow Sedgwick County Guidelines
  • The ability to go outside at any time to take a mask break
  • A vendor area with some social distancing similar to a retail store
  • Sanitizer stations conveniently located throughout the arena
  • Bathrooms with sanitizer options for you to personally use, as well as increased sanitization
  • Socially distanced breakout session during lunch on Saturday for teen girls with speaker Tiffany Malone
  • Socially distanced breakout session during lunch on Saturday for moms of teens with speaker Dr. Beth Robinson

For those attending Virtually

This will be a live stream of the in-person conference, with special considerations for the virtual audience so that it feels as personable as possible.

  • The ability to participate from any location where you have reliable internet and a computer/device
  • The ability to watch by yourself or gathered together with family/friends who feel comfortable doing so
  • An email in which you’ll receive a link a few days before Conference begins
  • The email will also include a pdf version of our Conference Booklet with an outline of events and space for taking notes
  • The ability to re-watch the entire Virtual Conference for a timeframe we are working to determine.
