Can I still get CD’s of the speakers from the previous years?

We may have a few albums. Email us to check on availability.

Email your request to: wwwgconference@gmail.com.

Is there an age limit for registrants?

We recommend that all participants be 15 years of age and older. Each participant should be able to participate in a full day’s activities. No infants or children, please. Also see the question concerning child care.

Is child care provided?

No child care will be provided. No infants or children please. All available space is needed for conference activities. Also, we want our focus to be on God’s word and children either well behaved or unhappy can be a distraction to you and those around you.

Will there be a cost for lunch on Saturday?

Boxed lunches are included with your registration. However, registrations after April 9 will not include a lunch. The lunch will include a sandwich, chips, cookie, fruit and a drink.

How many registrations are available?

General seating is limited to 1500.

What is the deadline for registering?

Registration will remain open until seats sell out. However, anyone registering after March 31 will need to pick up their wristband at “Will Call” or at the Northside office. If registering after April 9 a lunch will not have been ordered for you.

If I am unable to come, can I get a refund?

No refunds are available. You may want to gift your registration bracelet to someone else who wishes to attend. Our prayer is that your registration wristband becomes a gift that you can pass on to a friend or family member.

I have registered to attend. When will I receive my wristband?

A registration wristband will be mailed to you. You must have a wristband on to get in. If you registered for other people and did not include their address when registering you will be mailed those bands as well. Wristbands will be mailed out in March.

What accommodations are available for hearing impaired?

Assisted listening devices will be provided. If you need an interpreter, please contact the Northside Office as soon as possible, 316-838-5200.

Will recreational vehicles be allowed in the Northside or Hartman Arena parking lots?

Northside & Hartman Arena allow recreational vehicle parking; however, hook-ups are not available. There is a RV park near by, contact Northside for more information if you are planning bringing your RV.
